About Us

A family run business since 2006 located in the heart of Dorset.

We strive to make your process of buying fencing, pre-cast and cast-stone as easy and stress free as possible. Everything is handmade which allows us to make bespoke items for each individual needs. Not everything is possible but we always come up with a solution to make your ideas come to life. We have a wide range of products and information through our website. If you need anything else then please do get in touch with one of our team who would be happy to assist you.

We offer local delivery that covers most of Dorset, there’s no need to worry about transport for your new products as we can provide a kerbside delivery with no hassle involved. Prices do vary on location, so please contact us before hand to get an exact price.

    Life started as Glandel limited in 1969 supplying the UK and Ireland, specialising in underground chamber sections, marker posts and plates. In recent years Glandel soon realised a gap in the market for concrete fence posts and gravel boards. This then opened our eyes to become a supplier within the fencing industry, which now supplies to both trade and retail customers. To go with this Brian Henderson then branched out into the cast stone industry which seems to be growing by the day! We manufacture our fencing, cast stone and pre-cast materials from our factory located in Corfe Mullen, Dorset.

    In April 2022 we merged the three companies into what is now Henderson Pre-Cast, although we still manufacture the underground sections, we have more focus on the fencing and cast stone aspects of the business. We are always trying to grow our team here as the demand is very strong. All our concrete products are still made in house which allows us to be unique in what we can do, so if there is something you have in mind we may be able to help out.

    We currently offer a delivery service for our products, we often have weekly artic lorries going out of our yard and we also have two smaller delivery trucks which you may see driving around Dorset. We strive for transparency and honesty in all of our customer relationships. We know how often questions can come up in this industry, and we’re ready to answer all of them.   • Brian from Henderson Pre-cast

    Brian HendersonManaging Director

    Brian has been with the company since 1981, starting as a general labourer gaining vast experience within the general concrete industry. Brian progressed to manager, then director and eventually became managing director and owner of the original business Glandel limited. In recent years he has started a new fencing store outlet and purchased a local cast stone business. We have recently amalgamated all these companies into one, under the name of Henderson Pre-Cast limited. Brian is proud to have maintained a family feel to the business.
  • Leigh from Henderson Pre-cast

    Leigh HendersonAdmin

    Leigh has been with us for the last 11 years. Originally starting out as our fitter for the fencing installation team, after 9 years of being on the tools he has made his way into the office to try and take some pressure off Brian. He enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, especially walks with Lola & Bonnie, as well as riding his mountain bike.
  • Sophie from Henderson Pre-cast

    Nakita HollandAccounts Manager

    Nakita started with the company in 2012 as a sales administrator however in recent years has moved over to accounts. She has two young daughters so enjoys spending time with her family.
